3. Quotations & Pricing
All prices are provided in INR unless otherwise specified.
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs or other market conditions.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders must be placed in writing or through official communication channels.
Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the order value or client history.
We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Delays caused by third-party logistics, weather, or unforeseen events are not the responsibility of Shree Shyam Industries.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Order cancellations must be made in writing before dispatch. Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges.

Shree Shyam Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
