Refund and Returns Policy

At Shree Shyam Industries, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every washer and shim component we manufacture meets high standards of quality and precision. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is defective, damaged, or not as per the order.

• The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Custom-made or specially manufactured items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at agolanilesh49@gmail.com or call +91-93285 94049 within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your invoice number, product details, and reason for return.

3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including pickup or shipping address (if applicable).

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will arrange a pickup or reimburse your return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to customer error (wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.

• For offline/bank transfer payments, we will require your bank details for processing the refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any penalty.

• Orders cancelled after dispatch may incur shipping or restocking charges.

• Custom/bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different size or specification, please initiate a return and place a new order.
